We’re excited to invite you to complete the next step in the membership process. Please follow the instructions below:


1. Review Our Handbook
Before moving forward, please read through our online handbook at SLHE.org to ensure our group is a good fit for your family.

2. Complete the Membership Request Form
Fill out the Membership Request form below so we can retain your information in our system.

3. Schedule a Conversation
A brief conversation with our group president is required before approval. This gives us the opportunity to answer any questions you may have and ensure SLHE is the right fit for your family.

4. Membership Dues
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an invoice for the annual membership fee. SLHE membership runs from August 1st through July 31st each academic year. Please note: membership fees are not prorated unless otherwise stated.

5. Sign Required Forms
After approval, you will be asked to electronically sign both our Membership Agreement and our Release of Liability form. These documents will be included in your approval email and will also be available in your family profile.
