We’re excited to invite you to complete the next step in the membership process. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Review Our Handbook
Before moving forward, please review our Online Handbook to ensure that SLHE is a good fit for your family and that you are in agreement with the group’s policies, expectations, and values.

2. Complete the Membership Form
Fill out the Membership Request form below so we can retain your information in our system.

3. Schedule a Conversation
A brief conversation with our group president is required before approval. This gives us the opportunity to answer any questions you may have and ensure SLHE is the right fit for your family.

5. Membership Dues
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an invoice for the annual membership fee. SLHE membership runs from August 1st through July 31st each academic year. Please note: membership fees are not prorated unless otherwise stated.

6. Sign Required Forms
Electronically sign all Membership Agreement forms found below.

Payment Instructions

If admitted, an invoice for your support group membership dues will be emailed to you. Please be sure to submit payment by the due date listed to keep your membership active.
